今日は「なか卯」の牛丼テイクアウトしてみた！辻堂駅前にある「なか卯」で牛丼をテイクアウトしてきました！「なか卯」は実は関西発祥のお店です。1969年に大阪の茨木市で「手作りうどんの店」の一号店がオープンしました！お店の当初のコンセプトは「丼ぶりと京風うどん」を出す店ということで、名前の由来も、創業者の名前の一文字である「なか」と「うどん屋」の「う」から取り、「う」を縁起文字「卯」に変え『なか卯』としたのが始まりなんです！「なか卯」の牛丼の歴史は意外と古く、1974年に初の牛丼店ということで大阪の梅田地下街に「なか卯梅田店」が出店したのが最初と言われています。うどんに劣らず、その柔らかな牛肉に甘口の醤油出汁がたっぷり染み込んだ牛丼は広く受け入れられ、今や「なか卯」を支える人気メニューとなりました！今回はその牛丼をテイクアウトし、その味をレポートしてみたいと思います！それでは実際の動画をご覧ください！

In 1969, the first "handmade udon shop" opened in Ibaraki, Osaka! The original concept of the store is that it serves “rice bowl and Kyoto-style udon”, and its name is derived from the founder's name “Naka” and “U( come from Udon)”. It started with the change of "u" to the lucky character “rabbit” , so "Nakau"! The history of beef bowls at Nakau is surprisingly old, and it is said that the first Nakabe Umeda shop opened in Osaka's Umeda underground shopping mall in 1974 as the first beef bowl shop. Gyudon, which is as soft as udon and soaked in sweet soy sauce stock, has been widely accepted and has become a popular menu that supports Nakau! This time I would like to take out the beef bowl and report the taste! Let's see the actual video!
