アマチュアの方には力任せにボールを飛ばそうとするあまり、腕の力に頼ってしまい上手くボールに力を加えることが出来ず、逆に飛距離をロスしている方も少なくありません。
また、正しいフォロースルーを作ることが出来なければ美しいフィニッシュを作ることも難しくなってしまいます。
プロのように飛ばす為のフォロースルーと、プロのように美しいフィニッシュはどうすればできるようになるのでしょうか？
